Overview

NetSuite Channel Partner Manager role based in London, covering the Nordics region. Requires fluency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian. Drive partner recruitment, enablement, and growth to expand Oracle NetSuite's ecosystem in Scandinavia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new NetSuite channel partners across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
• Develop and execute partner enablement programs, including training and certification.
• Build strong relationships with key partner executives and decision-makers.
• Drive partner-led sales pipeline and revenue growth in the Nordics.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and support teams to co-sell opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and provide coaching for improvement.
• Organize partner events, webinars, and marketing campaigns tailored to Nordics.
• Report on channel program KPIs and market trends to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian (required); English proficiency essential.
• 3+ years experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
• Proven track record in SaaS/ERP partner ecosystems preferred.
• Strong understanding of Nordics enterprise software market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
