Overview

We are seeking a NetSuite Channel Partner Manager for South Africa, based in the United Arab Emirates, to drive partner success and growth in the region. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with NetSuite channel partners in South Africa to drive mutual growth and revenue.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners to sell and implement NetSuite solutions effectively.
  • Execute partner marketing programs, co-selling initiatives, and joint business plans to expand market presence.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of sales and certification targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to deliver seamless partner experiences.
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive threats to recommend partner strategies.
  • Conduct partner training sessions and events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Report on partner metrics, pipeline, and forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in SaaS/ERP industry.
  • Proven track record of growing partner ecosystems and achieving revenue targets.
  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite or similar cloud ERP solutions highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of South African market dynamics and business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
