Overview

The NetSuite Customer Success Special Projects Intern role is part of Oracle's Veteran Internship Program (OVIP), designed for US Veterans transitioning from active service or active-duty Military Spouses new to corporate experience. Interns will support high-impact special projects within NetSuite Customer Success, gaining hands-on experience in cloud ERP solutions. This paid internship in Austin, TX, offers mentorship and exposure to Oracle's innovative technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing special projects for NetSuite Customer Success teams, focusing on client onboarding and adoption.
• Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support the creation of customer success playbooks and best practice documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated customer issues.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscape for NetSuite solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings to gather feedback and document requirements.
• Help develop training materials and resources for customer enablement.
• Track project progress and contribute to status reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree program or recent graduate (preferred).
• US Veteran transitioning from active service or active-duty Military Spouse (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of cloud software or ERP systems is a plus.
