Responsibilities

• Provide advanced functional consulting on NetSuite ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, and Order Management.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex customer issues in production environments.
• Deliver tailored training and knowledge transfer to customer teams on best practices.
• Collaborate with GBU product teams to identify and escalate enhancement opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth system configuration reviews and optimization recommendations.
• Support global implementations, ensuring scalability and compliance with industry standards.
• Author technical documentation, case studies, and ACS knowledge base contributions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to ACS team process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of NetSuite implementation experience with proven success in large-scale projects.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Functional Consultant certification required; ACS certification preferred.
• Deep expertise in core NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, SuiteCommerce).
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging C-level executives and technical teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work across global time zones.
