Overview

The NetSuite Functional Consultant-SCM/Finance position drives the delivery of implementation services for NetSuite customers in China. Collaborating with the implementation team, this role assesses customer needs, develops innovative SCM and Finance solutions, and ensures successful deployment to meet client satisfaction. The consultant plays a key role in optimizing business processes through NetSuite expertise.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer business requirements in SCM and Finance modules.
• Design and configure NetSuite solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and solution blueprinting workshops.
• Implement and customize SCM/Finance functionalities including inventory, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions.
• Provide post-go-live support and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and custom developments.
• Document configurations, processes, and deliverables for knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of NetSuite implementation experience in SCM/Finance.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Functional Consultant certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SCM processes, and financial modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and client-facing communication abilities.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; experience in China market a plus.
