Overview

The NetSuite Functional Solution Architect-SCM/Finance delivers implementation services for NetSuite customers in China. Collaborating with implementation teams, this role assesses customer needs, develops innovative SCM and Finance solutions, and ensures successful deployment to customer satisfaction. Expertise in NetSuite modules drives business transformation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of customer SCM and Finance requirements through workshops and analysis.
• Design and configure NetSuite solutions for Supply Chain Management and Financial modules.
• Develop functional specifications, workflows, and customizations to meet business needs.
• Guide implementation teams in solution deployment, testing, and go-live processes.
• Provide expertise in inventory management, procurement, order fulfillment, and financial reporting.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices for NetSuite optimization.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to customer stakeholders.
• Support post-implementation optimization and ongoing advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience in SCM and Finance domains.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Functional Consultant certification required.
• Proven expertise in NetSuite modules: Inventory, Procurement, Financials, and SuiteCommerce.
• Strong consulting skills with experience in China market preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in Mandarin and English.
