Overview

The Oracle NetSuite Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team seeks a senior-level NetSuite Functional Solutions Consultant with expertise in Retail, Wholesale Distribution, or Manufacturing. This direct-hire, home-office-based role in major US/Canadian cities supports managed services for the Products Vertical and requires moderate travel. Responsibilities

• Provide functional consulting for NetSuite implementations in Retail, Wholesale Distribution, or Manufacturing verticals.
• Deliver ongoing managed services support through ACS engagements.
• Configure and optimize NetSuite modules including Financials, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Conduct client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues post-go-live.
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, and reports using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in Retail, Wholesale Distribution, or Manufacturing industries.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Functional Consultant certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to travel moderately as needed.
