Overview

Netsuite Principal Consultant Functional role based in Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil. Lead complex NetSuite implementations, providing expert functional consulting to optimize ERP solutions for clients. Drive business process improvements and ensure seamless system configurations for enterprise success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live support.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Procurement, and Inventory.
• Conduct gap analysis and design solutions to address client business needs.
• Deliver functional workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and workflows.
• Provide post-implementation support, optimizations, and upgrade guidance.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development initiatives.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring project delivery aligns with scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience with proven project leadership.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation and at least two module certifications (e.g., Financials, ERP).
• Strong knowledge of accounting, procurement, order management, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with SuiteCommerce, SuiteBilling, or Manufacturing modules preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex business processes.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus.
