Position Overview

The NetSuite Project Manager - ERP is a pivotal role within Oracle's Professional Services organization, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of NetSuite implementation projects from initiation to successful completion. This position involves planning customer-specific engagements, overseeing business requirements development and signoff, executing deliverables while controlling scope, and driving change management processes. The Project Manager will handle multiple concurrent projects in a matrix environment, ensuring quality delivery, timely resolution of issues, and exceptional client satisfaction across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for NetSuite ERP implementations, from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Facilitate business requirements gathering, documentation, review, and signoff processes with clients and stakeholders
• Manage project scope, identify risks, and execute change control processes to mitigate deviations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and client resources, in a matrixed organization
• Track project progress, communicate status updates, and escalate roadblocks for timely resolution
• Ensure high-quality delivery of NetSuite configurations, customizations, integrations, and training
• Conduct project reviews, lessons learned sessions, and client satisfaction assessments
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
• Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies and tools within the NetSuite Professional Services practice

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations, with at least 3 years focused on NetSuite
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple NetSuite projects from initiation to completion
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, including Financials, CRM, and Procurement
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PMI standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in client-facing roles
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks in complex, matrixed environments
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or SuiteERP Professional certification
• Experience with NetSuite integrations using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or third-party tools
• Background in enterprise software sales cycles and professional services delivery
• Familiarity with cloud ERP best practices and industry-specific implementations (e.g., manufacturing, retail)
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Smartsheet
