Overview

The High-tech Direct Sales team at NetSuite is seeking a Regional Sales Director for UpMarket East to lead inside and outside sales representatives. This role focuses on driving revenue growth in the high-tech sector through strategic sales management. Based in Burlington, MA, the position demands a proven track record in up-market sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of inside and outside sales representatives to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for high-tech up-market accounts in the East region.
  • Prospect and close complex deals with enterprise-level high-tech clients using NetSuite solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in high-tech industries.
  • Drive adoption of NetSuite ERP, CRM, and cloud solutions within target accounts.
  • Represent NetSuite at industry events and customer meetings to generate leads.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in high-tech or SaaS, with 5+ years in management.
  • Proven track record managing high-performing inside and outside sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM platforms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of high-tech industry trends and up-market sales cycles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA a plus.
