Overview

We are seeking Sales Account Managers with a proven track record selling software, hardware, or business services in the Chicago area. You’ll manage a portfolio of NetSuite customers to drive continued adoption and expansion of our cloud-based business operations platform, including ERP, Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned NetSuite customer accounts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
  • Drive adoption of NetSuite modules like ERP, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Work with sales teams, partners, and support to deliver exceptional value.
  • Track account performance and report on pipeline, revenue, and expansion metrics.
  • Represent NetSuite at local events and build Chicago market presence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful B2B software or SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record managing and expanding enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or financial software solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Chicago-area network and local market knowledge preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CRM tools proficiency required.
