Job Description

Overview

We are seeking Sales Account Managers with a successful background selling software, hardware, or business services in the Denver area. You’ll maintain relationships within a portfolio of NetSuite customers to ensure continued adoption and expansion of NetSuite’s cloud-based business operations system. This includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Professional Service Automation (PSA), and eCommerce.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with a portfolio of NetSuite customers in Denver.
  • Drive continued adoption and expansion of NetSuite’s cloud-based solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and demonstrations of new NetSuite features.
  • Collaborate with customers to align NetSuite solutions with their business goals.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to resolve customer needs.
  • Track account performance and report on sales metrics and pipeline activity.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record selling software, hardware, or business services.
  • 3+ years of account management or SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, PSA, or eCommerce solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Denver, CO, with local travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
