Overview

We are seeking Sales Account Managers with a proven track record selling software, hardware, or business services in the NYC area. You’ll manage a portfolio of NetSuite customers, driving continued adoption and expansion of our cloud-based ERP, Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce solutions. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships within an assigned portfolio of NetSuite customers.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for NetSuite modules and services.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct business reviews and demonstrations to showcase NetSuite value.
  • Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and expansion potential.
  • Track customer usage metrics and recommend optimizations for growth.
  • Represent NetSuite at industry events and networking opportunities in NYC.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful SaaS or enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven track record managing and expanding customer accounts.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or financial software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in the New York market preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
