Job Description

Overview

We are seeking Sales Account Managers with a proven track record selling software, hardware, or business services in the Santa Monica area. You’ll manage relationships within a portfolio of NetSuite customers to drive continued adoption and expansion of NetSuite’s cloud-based business operations system. This includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing NetSuite customers.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within customer portfolios.
  • Drive adoption of NetSuite modules like ERP, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and account planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with customer success and support teams for retention.
  • Develop account strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Report on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and account metrics.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite product updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record selling ERP, CRM, or business software.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
