Position Overview

The NetSuite Sales Development Manager (SDR) - Inbound, based in London, United Kingdom, will lead a high-performing inbound Sales Development team within Oracle NetSuite. This role focuses on managing a team responsible for nurturing inbound leads, building prospect relationships, and qualifying opportunities to hand off to Internal Sales Reps. Working closely with Internal Sales and Marketing, you will drive pipeline growth through effective team management, process optimization, and data-driven strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inbound Sales Development Representatives to achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
  • Develop and implement inbound sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and opportunity qualification
  • Monitor team performance using KPIs such as lead response time, qualification rates, and pipeline velocity
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize inbound lead routing, nurturing campaigns, and content alignment
  • Partner with Internal Sales Reps to ensure seamless handoffs and provide coaching on prospect engagement
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine processes and improve team efficiency
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team training to enhance SDR skills and product knowledge
  • Foster a high-energy, results-oriented team culture while promoting Oracle NetSuite's values
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track activities, forecast pipelines, and report on team metrics
  • Identify and implement process improvements to scale inbound operations across EMEA regions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or sales management roles
  • 2+ years of direct management experience leading SDR or BDR teams
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline generation targets in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong understanding of inbound sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling ERP, CRM, or cloud-based enterprise software solutions
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or comparable cloud ERP platforms
  • Previous experience in the EMEA market with knowledge of UK/EU sales dynamics
  • Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale) or Salesforce administration
  • Advanced proficiency in sales analytics tools like Gong, Chorus, or Tableau
