Sales Development Representative - Inbound - London Based. This role is looking for a Sales Development Representative for our inbound team and is fluent in one of the following languages: French, Dutch, German, Swedish or Hebrew. Join Oracle NetSuite to drive revenue growth through qualified leads in a dynamic, London-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from French/Dutch/German/Hebrew/Swedish-speaking prospects via phone and email.
• Qualify opportunities by assessing customer needs and fit for NetSuite solutions.
• Schedule discovery meetings and demos with Account Executives.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead nurturing.
• Conduct initial research on prospects to personalize outreach.
• Track and report on lead progression and conversion metrics.
• Stay updated on NetSuite products, competitors, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French, Dutch, German, Hebrew, or Swedish (native or C1+ level).
• 1+ years in sales development, lead qualification, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce (preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud ERP/CRM solutions (NetSuite a plus).
• Right to work in the UK; ability to work from London office.
