Job Description

Overview

Reporting to the Head of Account Sales Division in NetSuite's Cloud ERP Account Sales Department, we are recruiting an Account Manager. NetSuite, an independent SaaS product within Oracle, is rapidly expanding in Japan under the new Country Manager, strengthening its account sales team for existing customers. We seek a core team member with strong ownership of business growth and commitment to customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing NetSuite customers in Japan.
  • Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling NetSuite solutions.
  • Develop account strategies aligned with customer business goals and NetSuite roadmap.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure customer success.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and deliver value-based proposals.
  • Identify renewal risks and implement retention strategies proactively.
  • Report on account performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to leadership.
  • Represent NetSuite at customer events and industry conferences in Japan.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of account management or sales experience in SaaS/ERP solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of cloud ERP, finance, or supply chain applications.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Excellent Japanese and English communication skills (business level).
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred.
