A NetSuite Senior Customer Success Advisor leverages deep expertise to support complex deals with Direct Sales teams. This role focuses on estimating, scoping, solutioning, and pitching NetSuite solutions while providing industry-specific guidance. Advisors also mentor junior resources throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope, timelines, and costs for complex NetSuite implementations.
• Design and solution tailored NetSuite configurations for customer needs.
• Pitch NetSuite solutions effectively to prospects and stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on NetSuite features and best practices.
• Deliver industry-specific insights to enhance sales proposals.
• Mentor and develop junior Customer Success team members.
• Collaborate with Direct Sales teams on high-value deals.
• Support sales cycles from opportunity to close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite implementation or consulting experience.
• Proven track record supporting complex enterprise deals.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite modules and customization.
• Strong solution architecture and scoping skills.
• Excellent presentation and pitching abilities.
• Experience mentoring junior sales/support staff.
