Overview

The NetSuite Senior Principal Implementation Consultant implements tailored solutions for NetSuite customers in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. They identify requirements, design innovative solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction while enhancing business efficiency. This role involves managing multiple projects, meeting strict deadlines, and fostering long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business processes and requirements to design NetSuite solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from configuration to go-live.
• Configure NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, and Procurement.
• Develop custom scripts, workflows, and SuiteScripts for advanced functionality.
• Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Provide ongoing support, upgrades, and best practices recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of NetSuite implementation experience with complex projects.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation and at least two module certifications.
• Strong expertise in ERP implementations and business process mapping.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customization tools.
• Excellent project management and client communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with ability to work in Mexico timezone.
