Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of NetSuite implementations using Suite Success Methodology. They will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope while maximizing customer satisfaction. This role drives Professional Services engagements for optimal client outcomes in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects using Suite Success Methodology.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and client resources.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and communicate updates to clients and executives.
• Ensure quality assurance through testing phases and user acceptance.
• Drive change management and user training for smooth NetSuite adoption.
• Deliver projects achieving high customer satisfaction and referenceability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations, preferably NetSuite.
• NetSuite certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteSuccess) highly preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex Professional Services engagements.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP certification a plus.
