Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within the manufacturing sector targeting mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored NetSuite product demonstrations highlighting manufacturing-specific features.
• Develop and present customized proposals, pricing strategies, and ROI analyses to prospects.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing organizations.
• Collaborate with solution architects, partners, and internal teams to design optimal NetSuite implementations.
• Manage full sales cycles from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closure.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on manufacturing industry trends, competitors, and NetSuite product enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling ERP solutions.
• 3+ years of direct experience in the manufacturing industry or selling to manufacturing clients.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP, particularly manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain modules.
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a quota-carrying role.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field; MBA preferred.
