Overview

The Oracle Health division is pioneering healthcare innovation through our Clinical Digital Assistant (CDA) team. We seek a Senior AI Software Developer (4+ years) with strong backend or full stack skills to drive next-gen AI product development. This fully remote role is based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services for AI-driven healthcare applications.
• Build and optimize full stack features for the Clinical Digital Assistant platform.
• Integrate generative AI models into clinical workflows and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and frontend teams on feature delivery.
• Implement secure, high-performance APIs and microservices architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure production-ready quality.
• Drive innovation in AI product features for healthcare use cases.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of senior-level backend or full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or similar backend technologies.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on expertise with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or LLMs.
• SQL/NoSQL database design and RESTful/GraphQL API development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in agile environments.
