Overview

Working closely with Supply Chain and Design Engineering teams at Oracle in Santa Clara, CA, the NPI Materials Program Manager 4 leads supply chain product lifecycle activities for NPI products. Responsibilities include managing Clear to Build processes, handling material escalations, and overseeing handover to sustaining production. This role ensures seamless transitions from development to high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clear to Build (CTB) processes for NPI products to enable timely production starts.
• Manage material escalations, resolving supply chain issues with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate product handover from NPI to sustaining production phases.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to optimize material selection and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute supply chain plans for new product introductions.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate risks in the supply base.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through materials lifecycle management.
• Generate reports and metrics on NPI supply chain performance for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in NPI supply chain management, preferably in high-tech industry.
• Proven track record leading CTB and production handover processes.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor or electronics manufacturing supply chains.
• Excellent project management skills with tools like Oracle Agile or similar PLM systems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with superior problem-solving skills.
