Overview

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of OCI Data Center Portfolio programs in Nashville, TN. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of data center projects while optimizing resources and mitigating risks. Drive strategic portfolio management to support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's global expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle for OCI data center initiatives.
• Develop and track portfolio roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
• Facilitate regular status reporting and executive communications.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in portfolio management.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/portfolio management, preferably in data centers or cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar programs.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
