Job Description

Overview

This position is responsible for new account development and growing existing accounts within an established geographic or named account territory. The OCI Sales Rep will drive Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) sales in Dubai, UAE, targeting key enterprises. Success requires building strong customer relationships and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new OCI customers in assigned territory.
  • Expand revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling OCI solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales quotas.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and technical experts on deals.
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex deals.
  • Stay updated on OCI features, competitors, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven track record selling cloud infrastructure or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and OCI advantages.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in Middle East market preferred; Arabic fluency a plus.
