Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) deployments and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Monitor and manage Oracle databases via OEM dashboards and alerts.
• Perform root cause analysis for OEM-related incidents and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with customers to diagnose and resolve Linux-based Oracle environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle database support and administration.
