Overview

Oncology Clinical Consultant drives clients through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflows, and ensures successful adoption for achieved value. This role focuses on oncology-specific expertise to optimize healthcare outcomes using Oracle solutions. Based in the United States, the consultant collaborates with stakeholders to implement innovative, value-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of oncology clinical workflows and business processes.
• Configure Oracle technology solutions tailored to oncology care delivery.
• Facilitate client workshops to map requirements and define solution blueprints.
• Drive user adoption through training, change management, and support programs.
• Analyze clinical data to recommend process improvements and value realization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation and go-live activities.
• Provide oncology domain expertise to customize Oracle Health platforms.
• Monitor project metrics and ensure alignment with client business objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or related oncology clinical field.
• 5+ years of oncology clinical practice or consulting experience.
• Proven expertise with Oracle Health or Cerner solutions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and healthcare IT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
