The SaaS ERP Development Operations team at Oracle seeks an Operations Engineer with an AI/ML/GenAI mindset and experience in release engineering for cloud-based enterprise applications. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Applications using cloud-native tools.
• Automate deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor and optimize application performance using AI/ML-driven observability platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into release workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of SaaS ERP systems.
• Develop scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and developer productivity.
• Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker in multi-cloud environments.
• Conduct capacity planning and cost optimization for cloud resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 3+ years in DevOps/Release Engineering.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and container technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Familiarity with AI/ML/GenAI concepts and their application in operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
