Lead the development and implementation of Oracle applications as an Offshore Oracle Application Lead Developer/Implementor specializing in PLSQL, Forms, and Java. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PLSQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers for high-performance applications.
• Customize and enhance Oracle Forms for user interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with backend databases.
• Develop Java-based components and integrations for Oracle E-Business Suite or custom applications.
• Lead offshore development teams, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of Oracle applications.
• Implement database schemas, indexes, and performance tuning for Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time.
• Document technical specifications, deployments, and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle PLSQL development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, and E-Business Suite customization.
• Hands-on experience with Java (J2EE, JSP, Servlets) integrated with Oracle technologies.
• Expertise in Oracle Database administration, SQL tuning, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading offshore development teams in agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
