Overview

As an Oracle Cloud Order to Cash (O2C) Lead within Oracle Consulting, you'll act as a senior functional expert leading end-to-end O2C solution design and implementation for customers. You will guide the O2C workstream, ensuring seamless integration of order management, fulfillment, invoicing, and cash application processes. Drive successful deployments of Oracle Cloud solutions to optimize client operations across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C solution design, configuration, and implementation using Oracle Cloud Order Management.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping for O2C workstreams.
• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud modules including Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Receivables.
• Guide cross-functional teams through testing, user acceptance, and go-live phases.
• Provide hands-on expertise in integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud, and third-party systems.
• Mentor junior consultants and develop best practices for O2C implementations.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle methodologies and project governance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle O2C implementations, with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud.
• Proven expertise as a functional lead in Order Management, Receivables, and Advanced Collections.
• Oracle Cloud Order Management certification (e.g., Functional Consultant Associate).
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes including pricing, fulfillment, invoicing, and cash application.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Oracle Unified Method (OUM).
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and team leadership.
