Position Overview

The Oracle Cloud PaaS Full Stack Developer plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings. This multifaceted position demands strong leadership to guide technical initiatives, exceptional communication to foster customer relationships, and deep expertise in SaaS applications integrated with OCI/PaaS technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications leveraging Oracle Cloud PaaS services such as Oracle Integration Cloud, API Gateway, and Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE).
• Architect scalable, secure cloud-native solutions integrating SaaS applications with OCI PaaS components to optimize performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and customers, to gather requirements and deliver customized PaaS-based solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership in agile development processes, ensuring high-quality code delivery and best practices adherence.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle SaaS applications (e.g., Fusion ERP, HCM) and PaaS services for seamless data flow and process automation.
• Conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure compliance with Oracle's security and scalability standards.
• Engage with customers to demonstrate PaaS capabilities, gather feedback, and translate business needs into robust technical implementations.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using OCI DevOps and other PaaS tools to accelerate deployment cycles.
• Monitor and analyze application performance using OCI Observability services, proactively resolving issues to maintain uptime and reliability.
• Contribute to innovation by prototyping new PaaS features and staying ahead of emerging cloud technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, or Python.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and PaaS services including OKE, Oracle APEX, and Visual Builder.
• Proven experience integrating and extending Oracle SaaS applications such as Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, or CX.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of leading development teams and projects to successful delivery.
• Outstanding communication and customer relationship management skills, with experience presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle Autonomous Database and proficiency in SQL/NoSQL querying.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional or Developer Professional.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Process Automation for complex workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Oracle JET for building responsive UIs.
• Previous experience in enterprise consulting or customer-facing roles within cloud environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Terraform, Jenkins, or OCI Resource Manager.
