Overview

Join Oracle’s dynamic Cloud sales team in Jakarta, Indonesia, driving innovative cloud technology solutions. Engage passionately with customers weekly through face-to-face and digital channels in a customer-centric environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategies for Oracle Cloud technologies targeting key Indonesian markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Conduct weekly customer engagements via face-to-face meetings and digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales pipelines to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored cloud solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to position Oracle’s offerings competitively.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and foster a high-performance team culture.
  • Track sales metrics, report progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of enterprise cloud sales experience, ideally with Oracle or similar.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to travel as needed.
