Overview

Oracle Communications seeks a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager for JAPAC, based in North Ryde, Australia, to manage channels and alliances in the ANZ region. The role focuses on leading engagements with end customers and partners to drive business growth in Network Solutions. Join a dynamic team accelerating Oracle's communications portfolio expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies for ANZ region to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strategic alliances with key partners and distributors.
  • Lead customer and partner engagements to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align channel programs with overall sales objectives.
  • Drive partner enablement through training, certifications, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Monitor channel performance metrics and provide regular forecasting and reporting.
  • Negotiate partner agreements and incentive programs to maximize profitability.
  • Represent Oracle at industry events and partner conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales management within technology or communications sector.
  • Proven track record driving partner revenue growth in ANZ/JAPAC markets.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Communications Network Solutions or similar technologies.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Superior presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
