Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within the North American communications sector targeting telecom providers and enterprises.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing Oracle Communications solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales engineers and solution architects.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B software or communications sales.
  • Deep knowledge of telecommunications industry, 5G, cloud-native networks, and OSS/BSS solutions.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in enterprise sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
