Overview

As a Forward Deployed Solution Engineer at Oracle Consulting in São Paulo, you will embed directly into client teams to understand their processes, data, and challenges. Design and deliver custom technical solutions using software engineering, data skills, and Oracle technologies to drive measurable business impact. Collaborate cross-functionally in agile cycles to accelerate digital transformation and reuse assets for faster delivery.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams to deeply analyze business processes, data flows, and challenges.
• Design tailored technical solutions combining Oracle products, software engineering, and data expertise.
• Deliver hands-on implementation of custom solutions for immediate client impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in agile development cycles from ideation to deployment and iteration.
• Create and contribute to reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators for efficiency.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical business audiences.
• Support clients on their digital transformation journey with Oracle technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in software/data engineering or solution architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle technologies (e.g., Cloud, Database, Fusion).
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and full-stack development.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems with technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Portuguese.
