The Project Manager will drive successful project outcomes while leveraging expertise in Oracle technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle consulting projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage project teams, including resource allocation, task assignment, and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Implement Oracle solutions such as ERP, HCM, or SCM modules tailored to client needs.
• Apply industry best practices and Oracle methodologies to optimize business processes.
• Conduct risk assessments, mitigate issues, and escalate as necessary.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reporting, and change management activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle consulting or project management.
• Proven track record managing Oracle ERP implementations (e.g., Fusion Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle technologies, business processes, and industry best practices.
• PMP, Oracle certification, or equivalent project management credential.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
