Overview
CSS Service Solution Consultants (SSCs) in Cairo form part of a remote Solution Management team, acting as domain specialists to support Field Service Solution Architects. The role focuses on gaining deep experience in CSS services within your domain specialism. SSCs contribute to solution development, proposals, RFP responses, quoting, and overall sales success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Field Service Solution Architects on complex customer solutions.
- Develop and refine service proposals and RFP responses.
- Provide domain-specific expertise in CSS services.
- Assist in quoting and pricing for service offerings.
- Support sales teams in customer meetings and presentations.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Contribute to solution documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on Oracle CSS services and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in IT services, consulting, or presales.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CSS services preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic a plus.
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced team.
