Oracle CSS – MEA Services Solutions Architect (Presales - Egypt) is a presales expert in enhanced support and managed services for Oracle's largest customers. Based in Cairo, Egypt, this role involves collaborating with sales teams to capture customer requirements, explore options, and craft compelling service propositions for Oracle cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. SSAs engage senior stakeholders to deliver leading-edge, complex custom solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CSS sales teams during sales opportunities to drive enhanced support wins.
• Interact with senior executives in existing and prospective Oracle customers.
• Capture and analyze complex IT support and managed services requirements.
• Explore all potential service options for Oracle cloud, on-premises, and hybrid setups.
• Design and propose tailored, compelling service propositions and solutions.
• Leverage deep expertise in leading-edge and custom service requirements.
• Lead presales activities focused on long-term customer relationships.
• Build service strategies that address advanced customer needs across MEA region.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT support, managed services, and presales.
