Overview

The Oracle CX Marketing Expert specializing in Eloqua, Unity, and Responsys provides exceptional support for these platforms in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role involves incident tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolving complex customer cases. Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and platform reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Track, diagnose, and resolve incidents in Oracle Eloqua, Unity, and Responsys.
  • Replicate customer issues in controlled environments for accurate troubleshooting.
  • Provide timely and effective support for critical and high-priority cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of cases, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems.
  • Deliver training and guidance to customers on platform best practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support coverage.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua and Responsys.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Unity and CX Marketing ecosystem integration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Oracle certifications in CX Marketing (Eloqua/Responsys) preferred.
