Overview

This position is for a Technical Support Analyst on the Oracle Database Exadata and Cloud Database support team in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. The role focuses on delivering post-sales support, resolving technical issues, and advocating for customer needs via phone and electronic channels. Candidates must have hands-on experience with UNIX, Linux, and/or Solaris platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support for Oracle Database Exadata and Cloud solutions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot product issues remotely.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers with Oracle Support.
• Facilitate customer relationships and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve problems on UNIX, Linux, and Solaris platforms.
• Deliver solutions and guidance on Oracle product usage.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document cases and maintain accurate customer interaction records.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UNIX, Linux, and/or Solaris platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database Exadata and Cloud services.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for database and system issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
