Overview

You will serve as an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant, working on both offshore and onshore client engagements. Your role involves implementing and optimizing Oracle SCM Cloud modules to enhance supply chain operations. Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions that drive business efficiency and success.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EBS SCM modules including Inventory, Purchasing, and Order Management.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping for client supply chain needs.
• Configure and customize Oracle SCM Cloud applications to align with business processes.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training to end-users and create comprehensive documentation for implementations.
• Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-implementation enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
• Stay updated on Oracle SCM best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant.
• Deep expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management).
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in offshore/onshore environments.
