Overview

Oracle EPM Support Analyst specializing in EPBCS and Financial Flows (FF) provides expert support for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions. Based in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, this role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of EPBCS environments to ensure seamless financial planning and reporting. Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for EPBCS and Financial Flows applications, resolving incidents and service requests.
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and proactive maintenance of Oracle EPM environments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in EPBCS forms, dashboards, business rules, and calculations.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement EPBCS enhancements.
• Execute data loads, metadata refreshes, and automation scripts for FF modules.
• Support monthly close processes, including consolidations and reporting in EPBCS.
• Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and conduct user training sessions.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and migrations for Oracle EPM Cloud services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle EPBCS and Financial Flows (Profitability and Cost Management).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud architecture, Groovy scripting, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in financial planning processes, ASO/BSO cubes, and Smart View.
• Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
