Position Overview

The Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS4SaaS Consulting Technical Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in leading technical delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, bridging Platform as a Service (PaaS) extensions with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. This position requires strong leadership to guide teams through complex customer engagements, ensuring seamless integration of OCI/PaaS technologies with ERP Cloud modules. As a technical authority, you will drive project success, foster client relationships, and deliver high-impact solutions that accelerate customer value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud projects, integrating PaaS services like OIC, VBCS, and PCS with SaaS applications such as Fusion Financials and SCM.
• Architect scalable PaaS4SaaS solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), optimizing performance, security, and extensibility for enterprise clients.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams, including developers, analysts, and architects, to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, design custom extensions, and provide technical leadership during implementation phases.
• Conduct technical workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower client teams on PaaS4SaaS best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues in ERP Cloud environments, and ensure compliance with Oracle methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing solution designs, performing code reviews, and implementing agile delivery practices.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary technical escalation point and advisor on Oracle Cloud strategies.
• Contribute to thought leadership by authoring technical assets, such as whitepapers or blogs, on PaaS4SaaS integrations.
• Monitor project health using Oracle tools and metrics, providing status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementations, with at least 4 years focused on ERP Cloud SaaS and PaaS4SaaS extensions.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Process Cloud Service (PCS), and OCI services.
• Proven track record leading technical delivery teams on large-scale enterprise projects with successful go-lives.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including Financials, Procurement, and HCM, with hands-on customization experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in customer-facing consulting roles.
• Demonstrated ability to architect secure, high-performance cloud solutions using Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements across the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud certifications such as ERP Cloud Implementation Specialist, OCI Architect, or PaaS Developer.
• Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System and low-code/no-code development tools.
• Background in pre-sales activities, including RFPs, solution blueprints, and proof-of-concepts.
• Familiarity with industry-specific ERP Cloud implementations (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, public sector).
• Advanced skills in JavaScript, REST APIs, and database technologies like Oracle Autonomous Database.
