Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM and Grants Functional Consultant to serve as Senior Implementation Consultant / Functional Lead. Lead ERP teams through multiple full-cycle implementations of Oracle PPM & Grants modules. Drive successful deployments for US-based clients in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud PPM and Grants modules.
• Configure and customize PPM workflows, projects, and resource management.
• Implement Grants Management including funding, awards, and compliance reporting.
• Guide teams through requirements gathering, design, testing, and go-live phases.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and optimize system performance post-go-live.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to Oracle best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud experience, with 5+ in PPM and Grants modules.
• Proven track record leading 3+ full-cycle implementations as Functional Lead.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM configuration, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of Grants lifecycle, federal compliance, and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles and team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
