Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) modules to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for health insurance implementations.
• Design functional solutions, including policy administration, claims processing, and enrollment workflows.
• Lead workshops, demos, and training sessions for clients and end-users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integration and testing phases.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Stay updated on OHI best practices and industry regulations in health insurance.
• Contribute to project delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle OHI Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance processes (policy, claims, billing).
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Health Insurance platform configuration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations (design to go-live).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
