Overview

The Oracle Fusion Cloud CX Marketing - Principal Consultant role in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, focuses on delivering expert support for Oracle Fusion CX Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities include tracking incidents, diagnosing issues, replicating problems, troubleshooting, and resolving complex, critical customer cases. This position ensures excellence in customer service within the Oracle Fusion Suite of CX products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier-3 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud CX Marketing, handling escalated customer issues.
  • Track, log, and manage incidents through the support lifecycle using Oracle tools.
  • Diagnose and replicate complex technical issues in CX Marketing Cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot application configurations, integrations, and customizations.
  • Resolve critical cases involving performance, functionality, and data issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and product enhancements.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and best practices to customers and junior staff.
  • Monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion CX Marketing Cloud implementation and support.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Suite of CX products, including Eloqua and Responsys.
  • Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving complex technical incidents.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to replicate issues in test environments.
  • Oracle certification in Fusion Cloud CX Marketing (preferred).
