Overview

As a member of Oracle's Customer Success Services, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base in the UK, acting as an advocate for customer needs. The role focuses on resolving non-technical inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. Responsibilities

• Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Address technical questions regarding Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience with Oracle ERP products.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
