The Senior Consultant role in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP - Finance Functional is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service support for the Oracle Fusion ERP suite, including tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolving complex, critical cases. Responsibilities

• Provide expert functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance modules.
• Track, diagnose, and replicate customer-reported incidents efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex and critical technical issues.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and configure solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for ERP implementations.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Document solutions, processes, and resolutions for knowledge base maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance functional consulting.
• Deep knowledge of Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Proven expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex cases.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
