Overview

The Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Functional Senior Consultant provides expert support for Oracle Fusion ERP products, ensuring excellence in customer service. This role involves tracking incidents, diagnosing issues, replicating problems, troubleshooting, and resolving complex, critical cases. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, the position demands deep functional expertise to deliver seamless ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2/3 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, and HCM.
• Track, log, and manage customer incidents through resolution using Oracle support tools.
• Diagnose and replicate complex functional issues in Fusion ERP environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical cases impacting business operations.
• Collaborate with development teams for product enhancements and patches.
• Conduct root cause analysis and document solutions for knowledge base.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams on best practices.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for ERP configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP functional consulting/support.
• Deep expertise in at least 3 Fusion modules (e.g., GL, AP/AR, Projects).
• Oracle Fusion ERP certifications (e.g., Financials, SCM) required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in incident diagnosis and resolution.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with global clients and teams.
