Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP products.
• Track, log, and manage customer incidents through resolution.
• Diagnose and replicate complex technical issues accurately.
• Troubleshoot critical ERP problems using advanced tools and methods.
• Resolve high-priority cases within SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with development teams for product enhancements and fixes.
• Document solutions, knowledge articles, and best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to support process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical support.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Suite (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.
• Strong skills in incident diagnosis, replication, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle Support tools like My Oracle Support (MOS).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle critical escalations.
